Sieve Filters

The DYNO Filter is available with filtration area of 0.013 to 12 m² in dynamic sieve filter design.

Construction & Principle

The DYNO Sieve Filter works on the same principle as the DYNO Membrane Filter. It consists of a modular construction and works in accordance with the principle of the dynamic cross flow filtration. The fines pass the sieve medium together with the mother liquor whereas the coarse grain is retained by the same sieve medium and is concentrated when crossing through the chambers before being discharged at the drain valve as a high concentrated retentate.

Filter Media

Multilayer sintered media of (3) 20 to 200 microns are used as sieve medium. These have an excellent selectivity as well as an outstanding lifetime.
